Friends of the San Francisco Public Library, a nonprofit located in a spacious 3,900 square foot office just three blocks from City Hall/Civic Center is looking to sublease four desks and one office to a nonprofit or small company/organization in need of space in our convenient and high in demand location.

All utilities included in the sublease (including garbage, water, P,G, E, HVAC, Janitorial, Alarm, Bathroom/Kitchen supplies.) Shared kitchen. Two bathrooms. Conference room for your private meetings also available. Open space area available for your use for after-hours meetings/events.

The four desks for sublease are in a convenient cube configuration and are located in the back area of our office for your privacy. The office is located right next to the four desk cube configuration for easy working arrangement. Large windows let in plenty of sunlight for both the office and desk areas.

Ideally looking for a 1 year lease, with month-to-month thereafter.

$3,100 per month.
