Neighborhood Library Campaign
Richmond District Libraries
The Richmond District has banded together to form a committee that is fundraising for both the Richmond and the Anza Branches. Currently closed for renovation, the Richmond Branch is a 1914 Carnegie Landmark that will be updated with a new program room/training lab, a patio and a two story high entry on the 10th Avenue side. The Anza Branch renovation is in the design phase and will include the usual seismic retrofitting and ADA upgrading.
Donate
Your donation to the Richmond Districts Library Campaign will help to
furnish and equip the renovated branches. All donations of $1000 or more will be acknowledged on a plaque in both branches. All donations are tax
deductible and can be made in installments spread out over a period of
time. Checks should be made out
to Friends of the SFPL. To
make a donation online, click the "Become a DONOR" link in the bottom
right-hand corner of this page. Be sure to designate your gift to the
Neigbhorhood Library Campaign and choose "Anza" or "Richmond/Senator Milton Marks."
