The Marina neighborhood celebrated the return of their library on August 4, 2007 with a celebration attended by over 4,000 people! The Committee members were also joined by Mayor Gavin Newsom, Assemblymember Mark Leno and Senator Carole Migden The renovated branch features a new reading/browsing area.  The more open and airy feeling has been a huge hit in the neighborhood.
